The story of Aerlog’s Classic Blue Logbook began in 1968 on Frank Kirmss’ kitchen table, first for personal use, then refined for publication when fellow employees began to request copies of the handy pocket sized log book.   For over 48 years, Aerlog’s Classic Blue Logbook has been the standard in pocket sized aviation logbooks. It is with great sadness that we inform you Aerlog Publications will no longer publish on our Classic Blue Aerlog Flight and Expense Logbook.

In recent years, the increase in popularity and technological advancements of mobile devices, has given many of our customers the option of tracking their flight information electronically. This combined with improved information sharing by the airlines, has lead to a steady decrease in the demand of our Classic Blue Logbook. The demand is simply not high enough to justify another print run.

We will continue selling our Mini Maroon Logbook for the foreseeable future. As for the Classic Blue Logbook, we currently have less than 200 books in stock available for immediate shipment, while supplies last.   Once the remaining Classic Blue Logbooks are sold, there will be no more.  So place your orders now!

Thank you to all the loyal Aerlog Classic users for your patronage over the years.  We hope that you will consider using our Mini Maroon Logbook to satisfy your future logbook needs.   The Aerlog legacy will live on as we continue selling our Mini Maroon Logbook!
