Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, Aerlog is pleased to announce that we are now accepting credit card payments through a secure online transaction.  You can complete your order online or call us to process the order and credit card payment for you.

How long does it take to receive an order?

Every effort will be made to process your order within 1-2 business days.  It will then take approximately 3-5 business days for you to receive you order in the mail.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Our standard method of shipment is via First Class Mail.  Larger orders will be shipped via Priority Mail or UPS Ground.  Shipment via express overnight courier is available upon request at additional charge.

Where are you located?

Aerlog Publications is located in DeSoto, Texas, which is approximately 15 minutes South of downtown Dallas, Texas.  However, there are dealers located throughout the United States.  Please see our list of authorized representatives under the Support menu.

What is your return policy?

At Aerlog Publications we continually strive to produce a top quality product and provide excellent customer service. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, simply return the merchandise to us in pristine resalable condition within 30 days of purchase, freight/postage paid.

We recommend that you return the merchandise by a traceable service, such as UPS, FedEx or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, and insure it accordingly. The tracking number is your proof that we have received the return, as we will not be responsible for items that may get lost in transit.

You can expect a refund or credit within 30 days of our receiving your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we ship the incorrect item.

There is no restocking fee if we receive a letter explaining the reason for the return along with the merchandise, otherwise a restocking fee of up to 15% may be charged.
